Delete your ACTLEV account

How to delete your ACTLEV account (developer: UsefulFactory) and its data.

Delete in the app

In the ACTLEV app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account, confirm it is you (enter your password or choose your Google account again), and confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately and you are signed out.

If you can’t use the app

If you removed the app or cannot open it, email usefulsfactory@gmail.com with the subject “ACTLEV account deletion request”. If you signed up with Google, send it from that Google address; if you signed up with an account name, include the account name and the phone number you registered. We confirm it is your account, delete it and reply.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details (account name and password, Google link, phone number), the account record on our sign-in server (account ID, an encrypted form of your phone number, consent and SMS request records), and, when you delete in the app, the profile and activity stored on that device.

What is kept, and for how long

So that a deletion you did not ask for (for example after your account was hacked) can be undone, a deleted account stays locked for 30 days and is then deleted completely, including the sign-in account. During that time the same phone number or Google account cannot be used to sign up again, and you can ask usefulsfactory@gmail.com to restore the account.

For accounts restricted for breaking our rules, we keep only an irreversibly transformed form of the phone number to prevent signing up again.

App crash reports do not contain account information.
